I was just creating a generalized percentage, Chuk. And are you so certain? Accusing me of not understanding the scope of a distance or thickness is laughable. I've dealt with measurements like that quite often in every day life. That being said, this is an RP based off of an Anime. Ria is a level 5 Esper, which is supposed to have rather insane and incredible capabilities. 

Basic logic is fine, realizing the limitations of your characters is fine. But also realize that this RP is based off of an Anime, of which logic is rather insanely skewed in many ways. And as a level 5, Ria has very little restrictions on her abilities or strengths, including the rapidity by which she can pull moisture from the air, or perhaps even basic hydrogen and oxygen from the air to make water to turn into ice. Taking that into consideration, I wrote what I wrote in line for what I thought was logical considering one of her ability and strengths. If you don't like it, feel free to take it up with Nada or Shiho.
