[@Ace of Hearts] Essentially it's a power that let's a person turn invisible without actually physically turning invisible. It's the power to block the physical and mental perception of the person using the power, essentially making them invisible even though they haven't disappeared to the naked eye. Instead, people simply think that he's disappeared, and he's free to do whatever he wants to his victim and they will not know why they're suddenly getting injured or shoved around by an unknown force that they simply can't "perceive" as the power user.
