1.75 as total, you posted 0.75 [i]extra damage[/i]. If base = 1, 1 + 0.75 = 1.75
Flight costs a spell slot. You can't have flight and a buff in one slot (the active is ok now, but the base ability.) Flight is a very big deal, you see.
