The golem/titan (what ever you guys decide to call it in the RP lol) is already at the capital. But the Edolas Phoenix Wing Guild is a bit away from the Capitol, which is why Mayt is calling everyone so they can confront it at the capitol.

And I just posted, hopefully that helps push things in Edolas by a bit.
