Oh I don't metagame trust me.

I'll explain why though.

In secret (with a roll from the gm and all that) Kimo special ops frigates destroyed a Nur'Xal scout and recovered any and all materials of value.
Aditionally, other special ops groups are monitoring communications and troop movements on and off of the Seraphian homeworld.
They use a variety of stealth probes and small recon drones to do just that and this way, they've observed the rituals of the Nur'Xal and learned quite alot about them. At least as far as their culture is concerned. (secret military knowledge is a whole lot more difficult to obtain)


Now Important to note is that the scout that was destroyed never managed to allert any other forces. Also, the Kimo placed debris o the scene from a Krall pirate ship they had shot down earlier in order to frame them. So as far as the Nur'Xal are concerned it was Krall pirates that took down their scout.

(in short, the Kimo are sneaky little buggers ;p)
