Yeah, those are some fairly good guidelines~ xP
Basically, the do whatever they think they can get away with as long as they don't hurt others.
Or, they take a philosophical viewpoint to the world and tend to act as a sort of 'Mediator' or 'Balance' and doesn't take sides.

I think for some reason most people tend to view True Neutral characters as derpy ones who don't do anything. Its kind of depressing~ xP
