[color=8882be]I wasn't surprised that Sel had seen right through me. Lying was hardly my strongsuit; I had gotten decent at perverting the truth back when I first started, but it wasn't quite the same thing. "I estimate about five to ten minutes lost wherein I managed to get from the bridge to my room" the elaboration went, his tone growing formal as if it was part of the job. His behavior could be considered strange, nervous one moment and almost inappropriately collected at another. It would have made sense of his 'dream', although an itch of doubt in the back of his head made it hard to enjoy the image he had of someone passing out in a chair before getting up and walking off to make a sandwich. "Do people dream when they pass out?" He couldn't help himself but ask, curiosity getting the best of him.
