Again, same problem. An RP that may be quiet may not necessarily be dead depending on what the situation is with the GM(s) and the members. There could be a reason why it's quiet for a designated part of time (holiday, Uni, maybe it's a relaxed RP with no designated timeframe) and taking over could come across as an unwanted hijack.

Not to mention you would also be breaking many roleplaying rules in general. God-modding, auto, metagame, possible lorebreak, power-play, mary-sues, the list could go on.

When in doubt just talk to the GM about their RP and if they are willing to allow you to continue it, than it's all good, but until that time it may be safer to not invade.

[b]Note:[/b] Mahz, from memory, may also be introducing a whitelisting feature to prevent people jumping into an RP without approval, so that'd kill this idea in the future anyways.
