That's exactly what crossed my mind the first time I read Fay's CS! :D I guess Mori cannot really tell, whether she likes Fay or not, because they are both somewhat alike - they both had brutal fathers. And perhaps Fay would often tease her with the fact that she wasn't born a werewolf, she wasn't even properly trained - and here she is playing alpha :)
