Vic stands at 5'10 and is around 171 pounds, he is fairly toned but has a rangy 'skinny' muscular frame. His face is still youthful but his grey eyes have gone cold from the horrors he has witnessed.

[b][u]Personality:[/u][/b] George was once a friendly and helpful young man, but has recently become cold, vicious and quick to violence, his mind will occasionally find humor in very disturbing situations, and he is very confrontational to all threats regardless of danger.
[b][u]History:[/u][/b] George was a normal happy young man, delivering pizzas on the outskirts of Carcer city, which was still fairly rough but not a hellhole like the deep inner city. He never had any reason to be around that area...until 3 years ago when his older sister came to visit from Australia. She came to give her brother a suprise visit to her little brother and stepped by in the inner city with her husband to pick george up a new laptop. Sadly this would be her biggest and last mistake, the store was being watched by a gang of hooded thugs looking to rob the electronics. As the married couple left the store, they attacked immediatley with no hesitation, her husband was stabbed 9 times, and lay bleeding as his wife; george's  sister was viciously raped before they killed her in viciously unusual way, they scalped her alive and she bled to death looking in her husbands eyes as she whispered her brothers name, hoping he would arrive to save her. 
What followed was truly sad, George was soon notified of his sister and brother in law's horrible murder and was driven half mad with grief, after 2 failed suicide attempts, he convinced himself to be an avenger for his sister and victims like her, and began to attack drug dealers and thugs randomly with crowbars. For some reason he found he had a natural talent for violence and stuck with it. He began his career as stick up man, stealing from criminals and becoming the 'Derelict Devil' Haunting thos who stalk the streets and cause harm.
