[hider=Notes on Fletch]Flesh it out in the RP all you want, but you need to have one in the first place to flesh out. You already mention that she got a degree (must have graduated from somewhere that's on record), is a semi-professional archer (must be registered somewhere in some competition), got a job as a mechanic somewhere, and has been a vigilante for "years" and has been boxing for 3-4 years, not to mention she must have either been born or decided to move to Carcer at some point.

All of these things can fit into a timeline, at the very least for our convenience so we don't have to piece it together from your IC posts/other portions of the CS. I'm not asking you to explain the personal story behind why she does what she does, but at minimum include most things that could be pulled off a background check on her (you don't have to get that specific, but as a general rule of thumb).

This is mainly to avoid the unintentional breaking of rule #3 as well. I should also mention that finding good cops, who are not corrupt on top of willing to work with someone who is officially a criminal and/or raising bail expenses for organized crime, is rare. This would imply some gossip among either criminals or law enforcement. So she's not a complete nobody.

Similarly, a sensationalist tabloid will have mentioned something about your character if they've done anything remotely high profile (even if it doesn't make headlines, it's archived somewhere). I'm not discouraging you from doing any of these things, but I shouldn't have to assume whether or not they've happened and in what manner. If you are worried about posting something that would spoil something you want to make a plot point later, then PM it to me. Again, you don't have to give me the personal story behind it, just the dry cut details.
