It's because I made her to be a certain way. Calm, smart, not prone to making hot-headed decisions. I didn't just wanna make a female gokudera or anything like that. So this is how she is. And getting permission to make her StuCo Prez almost as an homage to her currently traveling mother who was previously a mayor of Namimori... She just came together so well x3 

Hopefully, Nicolas comes together just as well.
