An action you can all perform in the RP is Ready the Colonies for War. This is an action that causes your colonies to give you an estimate as to their military capabilities and start readying up. However this does come at a cost of letting everyone know that you are getting ready for war and can piss off the colonial populaces if called too early.

Do we get population counts for our colonial territories, because I very much hope 32 million isn't supposed to be the amount of people living across my entire empire and refers to my home territories, even the Dutch would snigger if my entire empire had only 32 million people O.O
