Lead by the Two Consuls, or Heads of State, The Consul Advisory is the leading body in all matters of government. These Ministers act as the heads of their respective departments and report to the Two Consuls and advise them as necessary; only subject to the word of the Conclave and the Divine Charter as a governing factor of their doings. [b]The Conclave[/b] The Conclave is much like a Senate. They attend to the every day-to-day matters of governance over the entirety of the Federal Republic. Therefore the Conclave acts as the primary governing factor of the state, acting as the check for the Consul Advisory and handing the voting and proposing of various bills and ideas. However, the Consul Advisory can also propose ideas but unless otherwise stated it must typically be approved by the Conclave. The Conclave contains Hundreds of Councilors; the High Councilors being the primary representatives of each province(Typically the province's Sovereign of Head of State and or an appointed official of said Head of State). Depending on the governing style of each province ; The Councilors are either voted on by the populace, voted on by the nobles, or appointed by the Head of State.
