Point-laser was just a very accurate laser, basically. ^^; It wasn't exactly planned to be a sniper, just a rifle that fires very accurate beams. The "rocket rifle" was meant to be, well... a rifle that fires rockets, taking advantage of being able to be bigger to fire them more rapidly then a rocket launcher.
