Not sure about other subjects but Nick's probably taking Potions, Transfiguration, Herbology, Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts, and may be some elective classes on Alchemy too if other students are willing to take it with him. And if I remember right, 6th year is the start of Apparition classes? Another elective course I suppose, Nick's definitely going to take that too.
