Fukatsu blocked out the world around her. Ignoring any sound of other people, animals, anything alive for that matter. She had yet to meet her roommate for this year, but Fukatsu didn't care. She probably wouldn't talk much to her anyways. Fukatsu mainly thought about hat this new year would bring. More time fixing things that broken. Though not as much time as she normally spent over summers. Plus she was sixteen now, she had a car back at home. And she had already tinkered with it, giving it upgrades, it was in Fukatsu's nature. Fukatsu opened her bag and gripped the one item she held closest to her. A wrench. Her first one. Her father had given it too her as a birthday present when she turned five. And that was when Fukatsu's father dragged her into the world of fixing and upgrading. Now, eleven years later, Fukatsu could fix almost anything. Cars, instruments, sound boards, PA systems, announcers, she had spent years learning exactly how to fix the broken. But people... people were Fukatsu's weak point. She hadn't spent time with her peers. She didn't talk unless necessary.
