In a world full of powers beyond your imagination. Where day and night heroes and villains wage war against each other. You see, everyone has powers. Some have powers that could lay waste to cities. To lift buildings with a finger or control you to dance like a monkey. To control the oceans or to speed through the skies. To never die or to be the shadows. Gods among men.

You are not one of these people however, you're quite the opposite. In fact your power is rather...useless. Take Dave for example, his "power" is to know if there is at least one person in a hundred meter radius of him. You might think that would be useful, But Dave lives in the center of one of the busiest cities in the world. 

For you are quite low in the pecking order...quite...low. People look down upon you, they think you are useless. People who will never make a difference. Stuck with low-end jobs. Spat upon.

Perhaps you wanted to be a Hero...or a villain. Maybe you even try now, while everyone around you has an advantage.  Though often you will find yourself just living in a world filled with daily explosions and near Apocalypses.

1:  No being a douche in OOC (Seriously...no proper fighting. I wont hesitate to kick you out), Of course IC is fine if that's what your character is
2: No over-powered characters. Especially in this RP, so when I mean over powered I mean nothing amazing...nothing even pretty good. This about people who have weak powers, so keep it that way
3: Gore is fine (As long as it's not the whole damn thing), but romance  goes to PM. Anything above kissing goes to PM. (Also no instant love! *shakes fist*)
4: Killing of characters must be agreed upon with the other Roleplayer
5: Write at least more then two sentences. (It's not that hard people)
6: Ideas are welcomed, very very welcomed. If you have an idea tell me! (However no making completely game-changing decisions before telling me)
7: For now let's keep it at three characters max. People often make too many at the start and get overwhelmed.
8: Please give me notice if your gonna be gone for more then a week (Though if it's emergency I understand) and also please tell me if your leaving so I know to deal with it
