And yeah, Mayt kinda lost respect from me from killing a wizard less soldier. I wouldn't mind if it was someone like Edo-Maddox, Angelica or Pen. But it just felt off for me, especially it was basically death by burning. Not even a good clean quick death.

But that's the thing that made me a bit more interest with Mayt. Before he entered Edolas, he was (like the CS said) a loner, vocal in his opinions, and stubborn. But ever since he's been in Edolas, he just feels different now that his locked memories are open. He never killed anyone before or threatened to kill other lives in the process. Before, he was always careful with his magic, but now that he know what it is, he just uses it like someone who was just given a gun for the first and doesn't know how to use it properly. It was mentioned before that his magic has caused some serious problems for his ancestors, but it feels like it could repeat for Mayt. Those are just my thoughts of Mayt. 

Also, you really are a nice person hatakekuro. I was thinking the same thing lol :)
