She kicked off her boots and settled on her bedspread, humming, maybe even purring. Her moms wanted to make sure her room looked exactly like her room back at home so she wouldn't feel homesick. Honestly, home hadn't even crossed her mind for the whole duration of the trip to Ongaku, nor during the time spent staring at the ceiling. The only sound that brought her out of her peaceful trance was a buzzing inside of her pocket. Eyes wide, alert, Tatsuya took her iPhone out and stared broodingly at the name on the screen. Michio. At the message, she rolled her eyes and began to type in characters, but shortly after, she got another text. Her heart stopped. Tsukino. Her two dear friends from childhood were rooming together. In a mass and fit of giggles, Tatsuya began typing away, a funny grin curved in her lips.

Right ahead of ya, sucker! >w< I got here two hours ago. And yeah, that's Tsuki-san! I'll see you two dolls at the dinner. ^w^ Get acquainted and stuff!

And send. Tatsuya relaxed, but once again tensed whenever she heard a quick, harsh knocking at the door. And then, a voice. The girl stood, her eyebrows furrowing in confusion at what her.. assumed roommate had said. She grinned funnily again, walking over to the door and tugging it open, finding a pink-haired girl standing in the hallway. This was the piano prodigy? "What the hell are you talking about? Gosh, come on, this is your room too." As though they were already good friends, Tatsuya took the girl's hand and dragged her inside the strawberry-scented lair. "Paris Uzumaki, huh?" Tatsuya frowned, tipping her head. "That's a weird first name. It sounds fancy, though. Paris." Tatsuya chuckled, turning towards her and taking a small, quick bow. "I'm Tatsuya Aika and starting today, I'm your roommate! Nice to meet you!" ~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~ Tsukino pushed up his glasses, taking a seat on his already-made, grey bed. His own side of the room was not much. It had a desk with paper and notes scrawled all over it. Probably the most noticeable thing was a shelf absolutely stacked with a disarray of books and journals. Tsukino noticed the younger boy texting someone, and he smiled in a fox-like way at his question, nodding. Michio. Or as Tatsuya called him, "Mi-kun", which Tsukino found to be very Tatsuya-like. Oh, how famous she was for giving people she liked or loved nicknames. In Japan, it might have been considered disrespectful to give them so early, but her cute, girlish looks usually let her get away with a lot of stuff. Tsukino's green eyes peered up at Michio over the rims of his glasses. He had known Tatsuya longer than anyone at the Academy, surely. "Yes, Tatsuya-chan is a good friend of me. And I know very well that she is more than a good friend of yours, hm?" His tone was nonchalant and light-hearted as usual. He pushed up his glasses again. "Her mother, Akira-san, worked for my family as a maid when Tatsuya-chan was about nine or ten, so we became friends." Observing him, Tsukino sat up a bit, leaning against the bed board. "She called me the day she was accepted in the Academy and mentioned that you were accepted too. It's funny how this whole roommate thing worked out, huh?" Tsukino stood, stretching his arms and yawning. "But anyway, enough about her. We'll have plenty of time to talk to her during the dinner. In the meantime, what are you in here for? I bet it's something smart. You look smart." He innocently put his hands behind his back.
