The deal is, once my sheet is finished, Bucky was second to take the serum and be Cap. Been around for AGES. Idk hwat position to put him in but he definitely helps train the other Caps that took the mantle. So I'd think he'd help train Steph..if not specifically just cause she's Steve's kid. Though I had ideas between Cap and Bucky if you wanted to discuss.
