As opposed to being court marshaled, dishonorably discharged, and more? Yes.

Flying with an undesirable's unit is still a lot better than flying an Aerospace fighter. :P

Maki walking out of the AAR out of speaking out like she did with no repercussions is definitely a slap on the wrist- probably less than that.
