Don's actually based on a cross between JP from Redline and Ryu from Shaman King, but he embodies the soul and spirit of every bro born and known to wear a pompadour. He's the hero we need but don't deserve.

There's over 3000 people inputting commands for it, pressing A, B, Start etc. The whole thing. It's actually hilarious, and what's even funnier is that somehow, they've managed to actually get so far as beat Lt. Surge whilst starting with a Charmander. Wtf.
