"No, he's not totally a cyborg, most of him is still real," Sasha retorted, narrowing her eyes as he placed her hands on her hips, "And even if he was why are you saying that like it's a negative thing? I don't see anything wrong with it, do you?" This was her brother they were talking about, and considering that she'd in essence just saved Kiton's life, though perhaps an exaggeration, she still didn't expect something to rude to be said. Were she of any less good will she might just toss him out of the shuttle right then and there, but figuring the comment really did no harm Sasha held back any rebuttals and only rolled her eyes in exasperation. There was no time to comment about any sort of contract, the sudden, large blast of energy that shook the area more than took precedence. Perhaps in a slightly poor move Sasha quickly took to the controls of the shuttle, directing it towards the epicenter of the attack and where her brother and friends would all be fighting. She knew it was a crazy move, and Kiton took no time in voicing the very thing she was thinking. "No one said you are fighting, so sit down and relax," she snapped, glancing back before smiling tightly, "And I'm not crazy, I'm just not going to sit back while my friends and family could be dying. Worst case scenario you take the shuttle and go away from here, I'll help them fight." The Frost Demon could and may well try to get away with their craft, but the joke would be on him when he learned it was pre-set to return to their ship after leaving orbit. Assuming he would have no clue how to change those settings he'd end up back on the Prince's stolen craft, their other friends waiting and likely not being at all too happy. Ricken was nearing his wits end, and of course losing a limb didn't help either, even if it was prosthetic. His Ki was too low to use many more attacks and if he exerted himself too heavily he could well pass out, and that would be the end of him. Suffice to say he was probably through fighting here, much as he loathed to admit it. So having T'charrl come over after deciding this and asking him what they were going to do, well, he wasn't thrilled. "At this point...? I don't know. Maybe I could loge myself in its throat and hope it chokes," he replied, smiling bitterly as he shook his head, "Pathetic, I was beaten by some damned plant, or whatever the hell this thing is. The only thing we really can do is leave it to you and Viral, you're the only ones who can still fight." They could try to help, but realistically he knew most of them would only get in the way at this point and inhibit those who actually could battle. What a humiliating way to end the fight, still perfectly alive yet just too tired to go on. Damn monster, he was certain too they would kill it in some mundane way as well, then everyone would look all the more foolish for being beaten. As far as Ricken was concerned at this point, whether the beast died or not, his mission to come here and see the planet secure was a failure, he'd been unable to accomplish it himself. Having the others do so wasn't good, albeit he supposed it was better he wasn't relying on Saiyans. "Yeah... You're probably right, best you stayed put," Takeshi remarked, smiling slightly as he got himself up off of Shu, taking a seat on the side. Heh, why did he even bother trying to protect the little guy so much? A year ago he wouldn't have cared, six months ago he'd let Shu get hit, it'd build character, so why the hell did he do that now? He knew he cared about his brother but to this extent, it was weird. Much as he was questioning it though he didn't regret it, even with the pain all over and his head throbbing dully, he wouldn't have done it any different. Glancing over at Shu curiously as he gathered Ki the older boy blinked confused, eyes widening as he was fired at, quickly lifting his arms to shield himself. Half expecting to be struck by his brother's blasts he was surprised when he remained unharmed, lowering his guard and looking around confused. A lot of the debris around them had been cleared and the two now sat in a moderate opening, so at least they had room to maneuver. "Wow... You didn't blow either of us up," Takeshi said teasingly, giving the younger boy a thumbs up, "Let's see about doing that to the monster, yeah?" Shifting around to get on his knees he tried to stand up, gasping as pain shot through his leg from putting pressure on it and promptly taking a knee again. With a scowl he glanced back at the offending stone, near going to yank it out but stopping himself. "Damn it... Shu? Think you can fly us out of here? I can't really move too well right now." Yumi wasn't too sure how they were going to salvage the fight at this point, but they had to; Viral's cure was just on the horizon and losing the fight likely meant losing any chances of that, as well as Namek itself. If not for their own purposes they had to win here just to keep the Namekians safe, they owed that much for bringing this trouble along. It didn't help them much that Vegeta appeared quite shaken, something she rarely if ever saw happen. Normally calm and collected the fact that he was apologizing and self-loathing meant he felt he'd failed, that much she knew. Until he got his wits back about him he'd be borderline useless, meaning the only people who they could really rely on were Viral and T'charrl now, and perhaps even Shu. "Viral... Your wiring had nothing to do with that," Yumi interjected, smiling wearily as she shook her head, "You wanted to protect your friends, that's all. Nothing fancy about that, it's just what people do for one another. You made your own choice to help, this 'wiring' of yours had nothing to do with it." Viral had just exercised a bit of free will, something she didn't think he ever even acknowledged. It was always about some kind of wiring, or predisposition, but why couldn't he just choose to do something? Glancing over at Haku as he stumbled over she bit her lip uncertainly at his proposal, not loving the idea of anyone getting close to the monster right now. Glancing at it she could tell it was having to take a quick breather from that attack, but who knows what it might do next. "Viral...? You're the one fighting, it's your choice. We'll do what we can from here."
