[b]Short bio:[/b] Not much is known about the quarter-giant. It is known that he was born into a travelling band of giants, but due to his quarter-giant heritage, he was kicked out of his family and into the wilderness. There, he found a wandering wizard, and became the man's apprentice, learning about Charms and other branches of magic - with Charms being his favorite, and eventually, his best. When the old man died, he was lost, until the Headmaster of Hogwarts found him. A quick interview and heart-to-heart happened, and the Headmaster began to refine the quarter-giant's already masterful skills in Charms. Once he turned 35, Uhtar was given the position in the staff of Hogwarts, as a teacher, and the Head of Hufflepuff. 

[b]Personality:[/b] He is much like a bear; hearty and cheerful, Uhtar is a firm believer in friendship, loyalty, and hard-work, the reasons why he is the Head of Hufflepuff. He will not, at all, stand bullying, and will protect any of his young badgers, or any of the other students in the other Houses. Due to his height of at least 8 feet, Uhtar can seem intimidating, but the kind glint in his eyes and his jolly grin usually throws away any intimidation. When his students are in trouble, he will become serious and dangerous, his charm-work being second to none. Not to mention, one swing with his battle-staff can probably break stone.

[b]Wand:[/b] His wand is an oddity - it's official term being a 'battle-staff', due to it's reminiscence to a large tree branch, around the same size as a child, if not bigger. It's wood is made of an unknown tree from where he grew up. At the top of the staff, it's 'core' is a glowing, warm yellow sphere.

[b]Hobbies:[/b] Traversing the halls, teaching charms, training his own charm-usage, and drinking Butter Beer.
