I dig that +1 and -2, but I had a different thought for the ultimate;

-8: Marcellus, Unbreakable Guardian becomes a 4/6 Human Creature Soldier with Vigilance and Hexproof. Choose up to two Enchantments from your hand and attach them to Marcellus, Unbreakable Guardian without paying their mana cost.

(Kind of trying for a Gideon Jura type thing, only he sticks around)
