Knowing that this was going to be more table-topish I figured we would want a class that had a lot of practical application. I designed the engineer to be the guy who could get through locked doors and find ways across chasms, set up shelter, etc. I didn't intend him to be combat heavy. Though the repeater crossbow does bring some firepower to play.
