Well let's not go taking shots now. The main point here is that there are three reasons as to why I could not accept that. One being that they are a hollow and a hollow among Shinigami is simply impossible, especially in this universe. Two being that the ability is something that I'd never accept. Three being that even if I was to allow the creation of a hollow, it'd mean the person roleplaying that hollow would end up isolated and ultimately roleplaying by themselves and that just doesn't sit well with me. 

I choose to focus on Shinigami for the start of the Roleplay, just like I choose to start the focus on just three squads. I could open all of them up but I just don't see a point in that if we have no more than 10 people. If we had 10 people in this roleplay who had around three characters each...well. Most Squads would have life and so I'd have no worries of people ending up alone in a Squad with no one to actually roleplay with. I anticipated that we wouldn't get many people joining...at least for the start. That's why between the four we have right now, it's good. With roughly 2-3 characters each we can easily fill these three Squads with enough life...

Besides...the point I wish to make here is that we'd need about 10 people with solely Shinigami characters to give the Gotei 13 enough life...we'd need even more if we intended to give each race enough life to actually work...
