"Yeah... Dying would suck, guess it's good you avoided it," Takeshi said, smiling slightly as he shifted about. These next few days were really going to be quite uncomfortable unless he went overboard and hoped in a healing tank; these wounds, annoying as they were, didn't quite warrant that level of treatment. Besides, who knew what kind of state T'charrl and Viral might be in once they finished up with the monster, they may actually need the tanks. "I'm sure those guys will be alright... They're tough, and they're the only ones not hurt right now, so they've gotta win, yeah? I bet any minute now they'll come back in, grinning like idiots after killing the thing." Takeshi would like to be the one to have killed it, and were he not low on energy he'd fly out and rejoin the fray, regardless of what condition his legs were in. But nope, he was going to have to sit tight for now and just wait like the others, and probably listen to Viral about how he'd killed what they couldn't. He wasn't sure how to feel about that; happy that Viral had managed to fight and beat something again, or annoyed the Beastman now had a leg up on him. Yumi figured she would just make rounds in the shuttle, check to see how everyone was faring with their injuries. Sasha and Ricken were off to the side having a private conversation so that left her to tend to the others, save for Takeshi who had Shu. Vegeta was being a bit of a pain with his remorseful behavior, though it was easy enough to make him stay put. Haku looked much too sore to really be doing anything, seeming to be staring off towards the fight as if trying to get an idea for what was happening. All that was left then was the Frost Demon, and short exchanges aside she hadn't said a word to him edgewise. Just as a formality she figured they might as well start with names, even offering hers first to try and break the ice. "Well we do work together, and we're friends. I don't see why they have to be mutually exclusive," Yumi remarked, frowning confused. "I don't see why it's risky, I think it's even safer than traveling with anyone else, even the rebels. I mean sure, they're the good guys in this war but if I had the choice I'd take someone I really knew in a heartbeat." That seemed pretty self-explanatory, she wasn't sure why she had to spell that out for Kiton. Taking a seat at the other end of his cot Yumi let out a groan, placing her hands on her knees and leaning forward as she stretched and popped a knot in her back. "I take it you travel by yourself, doesn't that get lonely?" The monster could scarcely keep itself upright at this point, what with all the blood it was losing. It was quite obvious even to it that this fight was soon to end, and if it was then it needed to try and fulfill its purpose for being here. All of the Namekians had not been dealt with, but perhaps it could destroy all of the fighters with one final attack. Rooting itself into the dirt it began to gather energy, intending to channel a blast large enough that even the creature itself would lost in its wake. Stationary and committed to this attack as it was the beast could do nothing when it saw Viral's retaliation in the form of a blast, not even having gathered the power itself necessary for its attack. When Enki's power struck it the monster's energy faded fast, a shrill howl echoing through the area as it was literally blown to pieces, the remnants of the once giant beast quickly melting into nothingness. Once Viral's attack had finally subsided nothing remained, a large scar stretching across the surface and a wide hole where the monster had climbed out of. Plants and grass around the blast zone were singed or burning, but thanks to the blast exploding near water the resulting waves and falling of water quickly doused the would-be fires. Finally, after several long moments of battle it was over, and Viral was the one to thank for slaying the beast.
