Being blocked by weapons is hardly an issue for a [i]liquid[/i], especially one that goes through clothes and is effective the second it touches the skin. A single touch from your character will logically result in a flawless victory for him, considering the sheer number of things he can do. Beyond that, your character's powers violate the key rule of Devil Fruit: you only get one power, that you're expected to adapt to a variety of situations.
