Roleplaying as the Medic takes a [i]lot[/i] of narrowing down the character's personality, and doesn't work for every situation. Even in a setting such as One Piece, the Medic would stand out.

I'd probably take [@Prostagma]'s idea and refurbish Erased into a superchemist who can buff himself up with all manner of drugs he has never tested before. It's a much more directed and understandable character focus than trying to play as The Medic.
