Aya's smile fell even more when Cassandra mentioned Sebastian. She was pretty sure she didn't know a Sebastian (unless you counted that blond prick in middle school who always wore too much Axe) but for whatever reason that name sent a chill through her blood. Aya opened her mouth to ask Cassandra who she was talking about when a rustling in the bushes drew her attention. Out stepped a man, well muscled and pale, smiling down at Cassandra. Ah. This was why that name unnerved her so. Sebastian Aya was certain she knew him, and that he was someone to be afraid of, but she couldn't quite recall why. It seemed unimportant at the moment, anyway. She stumbled back away from him on reflex, barely managing to stay upright. "You," she said, stunned. Her eyes darted between Sebastian and Cassandra, but pieces were missing in her mind and she couldn't quite get them all to fit together. Scrunching her eyebrows up a bit, Aya finally settled on staring at the man. "…Hi." He was certainly off-putting for whatever reason, and her hair was standing up on end, but he seemed… docile? Plus, her manners forced her to at least attempt to be civil. She looked down at Cassandra again and remembered with a start that she'd asked about Nate. Nate, who she'd left in the dust when she saw the young girl. Face warming with embarrassment, Aya looked over her shoulder to see him and waved at him to come over. Maybe having another person around would make her less nervous around Sebastian. "This is Nate, a… friend." Could they be considered friends? They'd only really known each other for all of ten minutes. "Nate, this is Cassandra and Sebastian." [@Raijinslayer] [@Subject Zero]
