No no. I dont want anyone to change their char. But maybe it would be a good idea to not have any additional NCOs from this point on until the cannon fodder/NCO ratio is atleast 2:1?

I'm not the GM though but I thought that it would make more sense for the real to be more people with the Pvt. rank then with a NCO rank.

EDIT: Just to make it clear, I am not suggesting that already existing characters should be altered, just that new characters cant become a NCO until we have more people.
