Mattias: It's not propaganda. We're showing that we are winning this war. When my friend kills Mr. Strange, we'll prove to the troops that we can take out even the hardest beings to kill and boost morale. This is just setting the stage. And the best part is, thanks to some of the toys in Vex's lab, no one can see this from the outside.
