Anna let go of her sphere, practically giddy with excitement. "Master, can I-- May I, sorry. May I go find my room so that I can get my clarinet?" she asked. She desperately wanted a moment to play. Actually, now that she thought about it, she'd probably need to gather more grass to use as reeds. But she had a couple, enough that even as easily as they broke she could play freely for an hour or so. She loved her clarinet, silver keywork mounted on a hollowed-out clear blue quartz crystal. It had been a birthday present one year from Alex and several of her other brothers, and it was still her most treasured possession.
