To summarise:
My first post was of new NPC's establishing a general location for the resistance to meet. I let everyone post an introductory segment so they could, in relation to the first post, identify where their character was and what they were doing - to place them in the world. My second posy was reactionary, addressing what was going on to each character - I grouped several characters into the same segment that I knew were in the same place eg. Raulf and Ramia at the Lord of Swords' tower, Trask, the Avar twins, and Soma at the unspecified bar they were drinking. Its wise not to write a post until I, as GM, have made a post addressing your character - but, like in the scene to come, there will likely be lots of back and forth short posts so we can simulate conversation instead of large descriptive paragraphs
