Sorry for the wait >.< Hikaru has been accepted but Tetsuya would need some changes. 
1. The second skill is fine. Just change rhe effect of what happena when you hit the hologram? Like instead, it could emit a blinding light and leave lingering shards around it?
2. I like the 7th skill but its too overpowered for unseated ^.^; could you hold off that skill for later and give Tetsuya another shikai skilk in the meantime?
