besides skill 1 bothers me slightly...I mean being able to power up skills by marking the target? sure...but that should last for a few posts and have more than a two post cool down. Also assuming blink means appear right there on what he marked then yeah...certainly going to need more than a two post cool down. In fact to be honest...the two should really be split into two skills...with blink being changed slightly and being made a variation of the first skill. So in other words branching off from it. 

I'm not saying Phobos is wrong just those things were bothering me...and after all me and Phobos are two different people. Oh and also...Time zones if you're wandering why me and Phobos weren't on the same page with this one. ^.^ [/hider]

While I wasn't necessarily trying to 'joke' with the CS, I was merely trying to complete it in what was, admittedly, an irregular manner. I didn't want to just out and out say "Nike is an amnesiac with very little memory of his past" or "Nike is a relaxed individual who tends to just 'lay back and chill'". That's why I put certain things in quotations because they were direct from him. He has very little knowledge of himself or his past, and with his laidback nature if someone were to ask him what was his birthday, he'd simply shrug it off with a "Bruh." and change the topic. I apologize if I offended you by making things seem so... 'joke-ish' or lax with the CS, but it wound up being partially IC haha.

I couldn't properly answer things like clan/family/profession because I'm not really... 'knowledgeable' in terms of Bleach Lore and I only wound up here because Sam directed me to it. 

I think I may just pass the RP up at the moment and possibly return at a later date when I actually have a... 'better' understanding of the series, or something.
