I'm in the kitchen, coocking. We're a Italian styled restaurant, so mostly pasta but also salad and pizza. The last two days have been slow, though. Normally we have an hour after closing to clean the rest of the kitchen we haven't finished with. But these two days has been so slow we've left just a few minutes after closing. It's nice, though. Getting home a bit earlier.
