Well, there is one on Paradox Interactive forum. Which means that if you want WiR, you go there. 

It's not right to steal someone's idea, unless you ask the maker of WiR and he allows you to. If someone would steal your idea for a RP, would you get mad?

EDIT: Plus, most of the GMs haven't even played the [b]real[/b] WiR. So unless they have played WiR before, this idea will easily die like the others.

If you still are going on with this idea, then go ahead. I am such that someone will declared war within the first turn.
