I'm used to the other way because it just seems a little rude and could possible clutter the CS tab which is way worse than the OOC. Especially when it's someone who just ends up being unreasonable and ends up ditching mid joining. Especially here. We clog it up alllllllll the tiiiiiiiiiime. XD

So it always just seems safer to do OOC, since it depends on GM taste
