We do already have an extermination mission.  As for A-rank, Riesen is a good option.  Perhaps a situation that doesn't require a ton of force, a la fighting an Ogdoad in the open, but something that requires teamwork and special objectives.


Also, we are not going to have a mission-creating contests.  If anyone has any ideas for missions, just put them straight onto the conference document.
