^ I think I said you can take away points. But going below a 3 on any skip is...like a handicap.  For example, Below a 3 in social means you cannot communicate well/ at all. Below a 2 in crafting means you can tie your shoes or like, put on your clothing, because craft is related to fine motor skills.
