Well for the most part yes. I don't want an entire team of a jedi but if you give me a rocking CS I might allow [b]one[/b] Jedi. Though force sensitivity is still a thing but its the same thing force sensitives are going to need a strong CS.

The Republic was disorganized in 19 BBY by Palpatine's New Order so just about 18 years. Your characters well it can be a mixture of both really though I'd like most of them to have at least some experience with a blaster. But if somebody wants to make a little fresh blood newbie who's going to get their soul crushed terribly be my guest.
