Yukiteru smiled. He had just realized something extremly important that the Ninth forgot to mention...His name. Yukiteru began to run faster now, dart in hand he began to go down the stairs, hoping that the bombs were truly disabled. 

Suddenly, at the end if the stairwell, Kousaka Shiraishi, Yukki's bully of sorts. Yukiteru thought that he was herw to help, but when he punched him and tossed him on the ground and grabbed Yuno saying she was an accomplice, he knew things had gone south.

Yukiteru and Yuno were both taken outside by these people. They were now at death's door. Uryuu Minene or Ninth was just right before these two.
