I would say 3 years can be covered by a few posts, also that if a nation did not have much going on in a year, it could still have 3 years to sum up a general state of union, especially being that while the things mentioned would occur, they don't normally change that often, and it usually takes awhile for things to pass. I do not see how this would be able to facilitate 'intelligent' decisions. Would they be more micro than macro, yes, but you can go as micro as you want so long as the stats are in order. Also, whatever speed we pick, I expect [b]at least[/b] one post per week.
