The Introduction section is probably not the best place to find interested partners.
I'd start with browsing some of the Interest Check sections. Free, Casual, Advanced, 1x1. Whatever level and style floats your boat. If nothing interest you then maybe create a thread on the 1x1s seeking a partner, maybe listing your interest, what you want in an RP and partner, the good stuff.
