You can only have one power, and if you did control your powers through emotions, and lost control of them, you'd use your power accidentally. For example. A pyromancer might accidentally set something on fire, he might set himself or others on fire, etc.

And if somebody came in during the Rp, they still wouldn't develop their powers fully, but, be on the same level as the others are.
