Anyways, I am all for slowness; it gives time to plan tactics and, really, some people have work and stuff so it's very convenient for most players, even if it drags for a long time.

I would be pretty glad to participate, as a minor nation. Or maybe as a rebel group on a colony or something (even though that virtually isn't sustainable by WiR and would take up more stat magic).
