Hold on, there are lots of species of hummingbird... Are we using species in the colloquial sense as in, kind of critter, or in the scientific sense, as in, Kingdom Phylum Class Order Family Genus [b]Species[/b]? Because if that's the case, I was going to claim Mellisuga Helenae (The Bee Hummingbird), which is only one specific kind of hummingbird... What hummingbird species is Estelle?
